For the Love of Music

All Ears Theatre rings in the new year Saturday January 4th with a science fiction story written by Robert M. Weir and directed by Sarah E. MacLean.
Over the decades, radio astronomers have used sophisticated parabolic radio telescopes to monitor the universe for sounds emitted by intelligent life. And each time, they have analyzed and cast aside false signals from insentient celestial sources, such as chemical reactions within the Sun and nebulae.
Finally, in the year 2085, comes a radio wave that could only have been transmitted from intellectual extraterrestrial creatures. This discovery takes Paulus, an innovative philanthropist, Sulaiman, a spiritual guru, and Saraswati, an amateur cellist and teacher, on a cosmic quest to find the source … and into the waiting clutches of sentient beings who are also seeking The Source.
Six o'clock pm Saturday January 4, 2025, at KNAC. Admission is free.
