The next round of auditions are Monday and Tuesday January 22 & 23 from 7-9 pm at KNAC 315 W. Michigan Ave. Kalamazoo, MI. You do not need to prepare anything. There will be cold reads from the scripts. The two shows we are auditioning are Don Giovanni written and directed by Grey Grooters and Acid Indigestion written by Robert Weir and directed by Ronald L Centers. The productions are sponsored by the Irving S. Gilmore Foundation and listeners like you.
Don Giovanni: Adapted from the opera by Mozart, Don Giovanni is the story of a nobleman who manages to abuse, enrage or seduce just about everyone. However, his actions eventually have consequences.
Acid Indigestion: In humorous “Acid Indigestion” by long-time All Ears scriptwriter Robert Weir, you will suspend reality and ride along with three loveable, down-to-Earth truck drivers as they “put the hammer down,” banter on their CBs, and travel highways paved with human interaction, romance, chivalry, and a few corny jokes. Oh, and yes, as passengers, expect some audience participation.
